Three-year venue model

Venue Attendance & Pourage Calculator

A transparent three-year model that separates attendance growth from drinking behaviour, shows adult visitation explicitly, and converts the assumptions into pours, litres and keg equivalents.

Model refinement

The baseline now keeps drinking behaviour constant across all three years. Growth in baseline volume therefore comes from attendance, not from automatically assuming each visitor drinks progressively more.

Adult visits are visibleTotal attendance is converted into annual adult visits using an editable adult-share assumption.
Baseline vs upside separatedBaseline keeps behaviour constant. Upside is the place for improved bar visitation, conversion and pours per buyer.
Attendance growth exposedEach year now displays the change in total attendance versus the preceding year so the traffic assumption is easy to challenge.

Annual attendance per programme = ((teams/groups × average participants per team/group) + average R18 audience per session) × days per week × weeks per year. Attendance scenarios remain editable. Under the behaviour model, adult visits = selected annual attendance × adult share. Adult bar visits = adult visits × bar-visit rate. Annual pours = adult bar visits × purchaser conversion × pours per purchaser.
The calculator does not embed any third-party venue benchmark or confidential turnover/volume figure.
